We will first give you a quotation for absolutely free.
Either fill out a Quote Requisition Form
or simply contact us by TEL/FAX +81 (0) 98 862 1964. Please make sure
to include your name, contact information and the source text with your
e-mail/FAX.
If you request a delivery method
other than e-mail, fax or regular mail, or if the translation volume is
large, please notify us beforehand. For services other than translation,
please contact us for more detail.
Confirmation and Ordering
Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from us containing the quote,
our suggested date/time of delivery and other information pertaining to
the job. If you find these conditions acceptable, please reply to the
email and officially place your order. If you would like to discuss these
conditions, you are welcome to do so.
Delivery
If there is no specific request, the product will be delivered by e-mail
attachment in MS-Word format. Other delivery methods available are fax
and regular mail (floppy disk/CD-RW). Please consult us at the time
of quote requisition.
Payment
Please complete your payment within 30 days
after the delivery of the product or service. You have a choice of bank
transfer or credit card (via PayPal).
- We may request partial payment in advance for jobs with large
volume.
- Corporate clients: If you would like an alternative payment schedule,
please consult us by e-mail.
